My favorite girl took my pictures and I am so excited to share them with you!
I am blessed to call the amazingly talented, Sara Chapman, my friend. Sara and I met at YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Kona, Hawaii back in 2006. And we have been friends ever since. My friendships made in YWAM are the best. They are the kind that will last a lifetime and Sara is a prime example of that. She is the kind of friend you call first when you have good news and the kind of friend who is there during those not-so-great times. We have traveled all over and shared some of the greatest times of our lives together, seen each other at our worst, and had way too may tearful airport good-byes..
She is my faithful blog reader and actually likes the fact that I blog just how I talk and start off way too many sentences with “SO…”
We like to quote The Office and have Gilmore Girls marathons.
She introduced me to Words With Friends and HeyTell and now we use them on a daily basis.
We enjoy making fun of each other’s accents; her southern draw and my midwest/valley girl accent (is there such a thing you might ask…well, yes, according to Sara there is.)
Sara has pretty much been adopted into our family. She is the sister I never had and she loves being a big sis to the two younger brothers and golden retriever she never had. So while she was visiting Indiana for our annual 4th of July family camp-out, we snuck in a photo shoot. I needed new photos of myself for my website, blog, facebook, twitter…etc. etc. And she exceeded my expectations!
Sara is talented, driven, down to earth and SO FUN to be around. Seriously, this girl can make me laugh like no one else! Basically, she is one in a million and I love her SO MUCH! Sara is based in Atlanta, Georgia so if you are looking for a Photographer, look no further! www.sarachapman.com Sara will not only produce amazing results, but will make your experience a fun and memorable one!
Like I said, Sara can make me laugh like no other. She is hilarious and goofy, and when we get together oh my goodness the silliness!
Here are a few behind the scenes to prove my point….
Sara did an amazing job of shooting alone and strategically using a reflector …but sometimes you just have to get creative. Luckily I have talented feet…
It worked out pretty good!
sheesh, how many models have to carry their own chairs!?
I liked this pose, then Sara pointed out how creepy it was that I was playing with my toes…
haha, funny Sar, but I’m not letting go…
my iphone, literally goes everywhere with me..
SC doin’ her thang..
YEP. We will be friends for a long time.
